School Breakfast Program

Our Mission

NBPS Food and Nutrition Services operates the School Breakfast Program at all meal sites. Since the district qualifies under the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), each student is entitled to one free breakfast each day!

The Stats

On average, students who participate in the School Breakfast Program eat a breakfast of higher nutritional quality than students who eat breakfast elsewhere.

The Hunger Stops

Students who eat a protein-rich breakfast report lower hunger for up to 4 hours.
