Catering Request

Any food or beverage items that fall outside of the regularly planned school meal programs are considered catering/function requests. This includes, but is not limited to, pizza parties, ice cream treats, holiday cookies, staff breakfasts, coffee/tea service, and bottled water.

Please note that all food served to students must comply with the New Bedford Public Schools Food Events and Distribution Procedure.

Important: All catering/function requests must be submitted at least **two (2) weeks in advance** to allow sufficient time for product ordering and preparation.
