Special Education Welcome
NBPS Special Education Department

Our Special Education Department works in partnership with families, students, teachers, and community providers to ensure that students with disabilities receive the support and instruction they need to succeed academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally. We believe that collaboration between home and school helps students reach their full potential.
We are committed to creating inclusive and welcoming learning environments where all students feel respected, valued, and connected to their school community. Through high quality instruction, individualized supports, and evidence based practices, we help students build independence, confidence, and self advocacy skills for success in school and beyond graduation. We believe that all students can learn and thrive when provided with the right supports and opportunities.
