Kelsey’s love of Forensic Science & Criminal Justice classes at NBHS led her to major in Forensic Science at Roberts Wesleyan College in NY. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Forensic Science in 2012, and continued on for her Masters, with a concentration in Criminalistics, at the University of New Haven.
Kelsey began her career at the Massachusetts State Police Crime Laboratory in the Drug Identification Unit. She worked for the State Police analyzing drug related casework and testifying in court to her findings. In 2020 she was offered the opportunity to work for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as a Forensic Chemist doing what she loves!
After 4 months of training in Quantico, VA, Kelsey now lives in the San Francisco area working in the Western Regional Laboratory for the DEA. “I love that I was able to pursue my dream job and that I was able to get there through the help of NBHS!”
